I read the whole series and here are plus and minus points in my opinion.Plus: thriller parts were quite well written and interesting pairing.Minus: writer maybe should have written only thrillers and left the romance out. For those who like the action as focus and not the sexual relationships I can recommend to read this series but for those who wish to see meaningful development between the pair I would say get ready to be a bit irritated once in a while. Sex scenes are sometimes written too vague as in not enough details of the act. The development of the relationship between a VERY closeted cop and sick open gay guy doesn't seem realistic enough. If very closeted it should be brought out more vocaly and on deeds. It just felt like there were jumps and the end was rushed. Writing just didn't showcase the intended characters well enough. I had also issues with the too well going sex straight from the beginning. If he's in denial how the hell is he so good giving head and has no issues with other sexual releases. Also the vibes with other men were messy and were not helpful building the main characters. And if the cop is into BDSM why isn't it referred to more. As a sexual character I would say that the cop is a log most of the time. The prices didn't reflect quality in this regard. I'm highly disappointed because there was a lot of potential but was lost with lazy writing.
